Hey man just watching this to update myself on what's happened, since I've not played this since beta Tryna find a vid that addresses everything that happened since the beta. Maybe this is a video idea for you. Would be useful. Plus don't think anyone has made one yet ……

If you have boots enchanted with Frost Walker equipped, you actually dont take damage from magma blocks when you stand on them, same with Fire Resistance Potions.

Thank you so much for this video. Finally, someone that speaks normally and isn't try to sound all cutesy and is just annoying. I really appreciate that you speak to us informatively . I learned a lot from this and can tell already I'm going to have a great time in 1.13!

AFAIK, treasure map generates when you open it, and points to nearest treasure. So if you open all maps in one place, they'll point to same treasure. Do them one at a time. Open one, find treasure, then open another. It's a bit like blank map staying blank so long as you don't activate it.

I have a legit survival story.

I lived under one of my friends who was in creative mode, and could destroy me at any given time. He invaded my minecraft world, put me in survival, and built a giant cobblestone fortress in the sky. Everytime i died, i would respawn in that fortress. There was an opening that led to the outside, but the jump down was sure to kill me from fall damage. There was also a bit of ocean next to the jump down that could save me. I kept on jumping into the ocean and somehow had built a house and tools. I would go to the ocean and harvest kelp by the stacks just to ward off starvation. I later told my friend and he gave me proper food and tools.

We later started another world and whilst breaking into a woodland mansion my friend accidentally set the place on fire lol
